Stephen Keshi is expected to seal a
renewed contract next week that will see him
continue as coach of the Super Eagles.
Keshi accepted the offer to continue after his
initial contract ended with the 2014 FIFA
World Cup in Brazil.
“Having received a written expression of
interest from Stephen Keshi to continue as
Head Coach of Senior National Team, Super
Eagles, the Executive Committee has mandated
the Secretariat to reach out to Keshi to
conclude the details of his contract and
signing by next week, so that he can resume
work ahead of the fast –approaching 2015
Africa Cup of Nations qualifying series.” NFF

Keshi won the Africa Cup of Nations in 2013
and led Nigeria to a Round of 16 finish at the
2014 World Cup.
